Patricia has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in finance and marketing. Her background includes advertising and product management as well as experience as a financial advisor and trader. Patricia has completed several specialized real estate courses from investment analysis and appraisal to advanced evaluations and financing. She has a certification in Short sales, Bank Owned properties, Property Valuation, as well as courses to be a Sellers Representative Specialist and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Patricia is also a certified stager.
